POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

REGISTRATION

1.    All participants must submit a COMPLETE Application Packet for enrollment.  Forms must be filled out completely and accurately.

2.    As space is limited, Trinity Ranch, Inc. will conduct a selection process and will advise if you are chosen for participation.  Those who are not chosen, will be placed on a waiting list.

3.    Once chosen, payment must be made in full by the deadline specified otherwise your spot will be forfeited. 

4.    A parent or legal guardian must apply for children under 18 years of age.

 

RULES OF CONDUCT

We expect all persons involved in Trinity Ranch, Inc programs (youth, parents, teen/adult, volunteers, mentors, and staff) to practice behaviors that foster a POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT to all involved.

1.     For the safety and wellness of all participants, a completed and signed Trinity Ranch, Inc. application packet is required for participation.

2.    Participants are required to be punctual and be actively involved in all scheduled Ranch activities.  Failure to be in an assigned location may lead to a dismissal from the event.

3.    All guests, participants, family members must be pre-arranged and have signed releases

4.    Participants are required to stay with their assigned activity until it is scheduled to end.  Participants may not leave without prior permission from the adult in charge.

5.    Participants may only be picked up by individuals listed on the Emergency Contact portion of their Application.  ID will be required if individual is not the parent or guardian of the camper!  No Exceptions!!

6.    Participants must be picked up no later than 15 minutes after camp session concludes.

7.    Participants are expected to follow the directions and instructions of the staff at all times.  The staff are always looking to keep participants safe.  Failure to do so may result in dismissal from the activity.

8.    Participants are expected to be responsible for themselves and they are expected to respect the property of others.

9.    Deliberate destruction and/or removal of ranch equipment or tack is not permitted.  Financial responsibility for any damages caused by deliberate destruction or removal will be assumed by the participant and/or the parent or guardian.

10.Participants are expected to treat others with dignity and respect.  Agressive,Abusive, Vulgar or Violent Behavior towards others or the animals will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal from the program.

11.Any possession, distribution or use of illegal drugs, and unauthorized prescription drugs are prohibited at Trinity Ranch and will be reported to law enforcement.

12.Absolutely NO SMOKING permitted.

13.Visitors are NOT PERMITTED to bring dogs on the property unless authorized by Trinity Ranch.

14.Please do not feed the animals.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Option 1:  Check.  Please make checks payable to Trinity Ranch Inc.  Check payments should include Phone number, complete address and name of individual on check.  On the memo line, please indicate participant’s name.

*Please note that there is a $35.00 non-refundable fee for returned checks.

Option 2:  Credit Card.  We take Visa or Master Card payable through Pay Pal.  You can follow the link on our website under New Student Information. 

 Refund Policy

Requests must be made in writing to Trinity Ranch, Inc.  Refunds will be given on an individual basis depending on the circumstance and is subject to approval from the board of directors.  There will be a $30 processing fee if any refund is given.

RIDER SAFETY

ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR ASTM-SEI (Approved Standard for Safety Materials) HELMETS, LONG PANTS AND APPROPRIATE CLOSED TOE SHOES OR BOOTS.  NO EXCEPTIONS!

Helmets can be purchased at IFA or Cal Ranch.  
 

ILLNESS/INJURY

Please do not bring your child(ren) if they are sick.  This is for the protection of all participants.

If your child becomes ill during the course of the day, the parent/guardian will be contacted immediately.

In case of an emergency, 911 will be called first and the parent will be notified immediately thereafter.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Trinity Ranch camp may be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.  All participants are encouraged to contact a staff member if they are uncertain if camp will be held due to weather.  We will contact you as early as possible if we will not hold camp due to weather conditions.
